Refunds / Returns Policy
- You are entitled to are refund or exchange if the product you have received is not the one that you ordered.
- You are entitled to a change of mind refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your package if the product was not damaged or removed from its original packaging. However, we do not accept change of mind refunds/exchanges for books that are sold unpackaged.
- We do not accept refunds/exchanges for books sold unpackaged if you made a mistake in your order.
- If your book arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to an exchange as long as you return the faulty book back to us within 14 days and we will ship out a brand new copy immediately after.
- We do not accept refunds/exchanges if you are not able to provide us a copy of the receipt
